What you will be doing
- 1.负责公司的对外API接口的测试和技术支持
- 2.调研竞对产品和我司产品的差异，并整理成文档，持续优化我们的API
- 3.总结整理现有问题合集FAQ，且赋能给其他团队，提升效率
- 4.收集分析客户提出的需求与意见，形成可解决的方案。
