Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Blockchain Engineer, Blockchain Developer, or Smart Contract Engineer. While the specific job title is flexible, the required technical expertise is critical. This role will initially be remote but may require relocation to Manassas, VA for a hybrid work arrangement if extended beyond the initial contract period. The interview process will be streamlined to a single interview, contingent on a successful evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development:
    • Create, develop, and test software using smart contracts, Typescript, Solidity, JSON, REST APIs, and AWS.
    • Analyze and design existing software components.
    • Focus primarily on backend development with an understanding of frontend operations.
  • Testing and Support:
    • Set up test environments and write test drivers.
    • Provide support for test environments, QA, and production as necessary.
Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Smart Contracts and Solidity: Proficiency in developing and deploying smart contracts.
  • Java: Strong programming skills in Java.
  • AWS: Experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
  • Node.js: Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
  • Front-End Understanding: Basic knowledge of front-end technologies and how they integrate with backend systems.

  • Work Arrangement: The role will start remotely with the possibility of becoming a hybrid position in Manassas, VA starting in 2025.
