Responsibilities

• Creative Agent:
  Craft compelling creative briefs for the Content and Design team to produce impactful assets across web, CRM communications, social media, and advertising channels.
• Trendsetter & Innovator:
  Serve as GoMining’s internal ambassador for emerging creative trends in the crypto and tech spaces, bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.
• Campaign Collaborator:
  Contribute to the design of engaging promotions and brand activations that resonate with the target audience, infusing them with fun, creativity, and emotional relevance.
• Brand Champion:
  Help shape and define the GoMining brand’s look and feel while supporting the Content and Design team in maintaining brand consistency and uniqueness.
• Emotional Connector:
  Drive initiatives that create a strong emotional attachment between the audience and GoMining, positioning the brand as a standout in the competitive crypto space.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the creative, communications, or design fields within the crypto or broader tech industries.
• A crypto-native mindset with a deep understanding of blockchain, Web3, and the nuances of the space.
• Exceptional collaboration and storytelling skills to influence and inspire teams without relying on formal authority.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
• Solid knowledge of cultural trends across the US and the broader Western world.
