Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive our growth by forging strategic partnerships and managing B2B commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will bring deep Web3 expertise, a strong network, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with validators, wallets, dApps, and other ecosystem players.
- Drive end-to-end deal-making processes, including negotiation, contract execution, and relationship management.
- Build and execute business strategies to expand StakeKit's market presence across Web3.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with product development and marketing initiatives.
- Represent StakeKit at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business development experience, with at least 2 years in Web3.
- Demonstrated success in B2B commercial transactions, especially within the Web3 space.
- Experience working with validators, wallets, and dApps. Ideally you have experience working at a validator or wallet.
- A strong network within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Native English speaker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Background in consulting or investment banking is a plus.
- CS skills (especially BE) are a bigger plus.
