Responsibilities:

Sei is the fastest Layer 1 blockchain uniquely optimized for trading, designed to give DeFi apps an unfair advantage. The ideal candidate will be defining Sei's voice, creating and executing campaigns, and making recommendations to product in order to drive top of funnel interest and ultimately user growth. You'll work across the entire product lifecycle, generating customer insights that inform Sei's strategy.

What is looked for in a candidate:

• Is interested in DeFi and building financial protocols on Ethereum
• Is able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with team members and the community
• Has a track record of success in building and growing communities.
• Has 2+ years of experience in a customer facing or marketing role

Qualifications:

• Deep interest in DeFi
• Web3 experience at a medium-large scale company
