• Complete payments and control expenses
• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain financial reports, records, and general-ledger account.
• Maintain Insurance Coverage Charts and following-up with insurance brokers proactively.
• Create financial reports to update the CEO + leadership team regularly on key results.
• Track and accounting for grants and investments systematically.

You have:

• Accountant role with at least 5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
• With a background in General Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• High attention to detail, with background in Finance process creation and documentation.
• Experience with Bill.com, Quickbooks Online and Google Suite applications is a big plus.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bonus:

• • Cryptocurrency industry and/or Fintech background.
  • Experience with accounting and reporting for Cryptocurrency Assets.
  • Process Improvement skills, Google scripting, etc.

1. Formal Processes are still being established: create the playbook while executing the playbook.
2. Independent Learning: need to be comfortable working solo as this is the first finance-only role.
