Concept Art House will be focusing on art services for crypto, games and IP holders. We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will provide high volume of service to external clients and the Partnership team. The ideal candidate loves to work closely with clients and internal teams and has a passion for art, technology, games and NFTs.

What you will do

• Provide operational support to the Partnership Leads to have a successful and seamless sale
• Effectively communicate client needs to Production team
• Closely collaborate with the Production team to create: project budget, timeline, capacity, and staffing
• Proactively identify and partner with internal stakeholders/advisors of project
• Creates, initiates and finalizes client proposals/contracts
• Point of contact to initiate billing
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, will be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and constantly seek ways to invent and simplify operational processes
• Proactively manage expectations: define clear roadmaps, provide frequent updates, identify and communicate risks and adjustments, and ensure commitments are delivered
