AI Software Engineer, Agents
We're building intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and take action in dynamic environments. As an AI Software Engineer on the Agents team, you'll help architect and deploy multi-step reasoning systems powered by LLMs, tools, and planning algorithms.

Responsibilities

  • Build frameworks for task planning, tool-use, and memory in LLM-powered agents.

  • Develop execution environments and APIs for agent actions and monitoring.

  • Collaborate closely with researchers to test and scale agent architectures.

  • Optimize agent behavior for reliability, latency, and cost.

  • Contribute to evaluations and benchmarks for autonomy, robustness, and alignment.

Requirements

  • Solid engineering skills in Python and experience deploying AI systems.

  • Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool-augmented inference.

  • Familiarity with multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, or memory architectures.

  • Embrace AI as a core part of how you work, think, and build.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in robotics, game AI, or reinforcement learning.

  • Building agents for productivity, research assistance, or developer tools.

  • Background in cognitive architectures or decision-making systems.
