Join Mythical Games in giving power back to the players at the forefront of video games and blockchain technology. We are Venture-backed and looking to change the way games are built and played.

We’re looking for a Director of Creative Strategy to join the Marketing team and help our efforts to scale the internal teams efforts to support multiple titles and keep brand integrity intact as we translate brand across mediums.



Responsibilities



  • Be the bridge between Marketing and Creative
  • Partner with creative teams (internal and external agencies) to craft creative concepts, campaigns and ideas
  • Lead all aspects of development of strategic positioning, brand translation, and creative briefing
  • Utilize the internal research team, competitive analysis, and other available insights to help identify the strategic direction for campaigns and creative
  • Help stand up, execute and refine a creative pipeline for video, playable and display formats
  • Design experiments utilizing data to formulate creative direction and continuously build on performance
  • Drive projects end-to-end

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing or growth experience at a technology company or a history of success building and scaling creative efforts
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and executing across ad platforms
  • An excellent storyteller
  • A great communicator and strategic thinker

Nice to haves

  • Web3 and blockchain industry knowledge
  • Marketing experience at a gaming company
