Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product development and launch of our web3 and related products
  • Ensure our web3 products achieve high growth & user adoption.
  • Collaborate and integrate our web3 products with other web3 dApps/projects across multiple blockchains and use cases (AMM swaps, cross-chain swaps, NFT trading, etc.).
  • Ensure product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation (PRDs, user stories, functional specs, logic flows, etc.) are clear and well-documented.
  • Understand customers’ needs, competitors’ offerings, and the overall web3 ecosystem development status/trajectory to ensure we create the best web3 product for our customers.
  • Manage stakeholders across functions/departments and coordinate activities to ensure timely product development progress.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management (any field).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience building / handling Product Management for Web3 products.
  • Deep understanding of secure private key management for Web3 products (ex: MPC vs TSS) and other web3 infrastructure (ex: blockchain indexer services).
  • Crypto-native with a deep understanding of dApps/projects across different blockchains.
  • A high degree of initiative to work collaboratively across the team and independently.
  • Familiarity with lean and agile models and ability to adapt processes as needed for a remote team.
