The Essence of this Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic analyst who is obsessed with understanding humans and passionate in creating spaces and services to influence human behaviour. One who is well-versed in user journeys, experiment design and/or service design, and keeps asking the “Whys”.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be working closely with product, engineering and people teams to uncover employee/customer insights and unexplained behaviours. As the internal consultant on human behaviour, you’ll help create and refine end-to-end employee/customer experiences through various spaces and services, by envisioning the interactions between people, spaces, touchpoints, services, and communications.

You will:

  • Retrieve and analyse information from various sources related to Behavioural Science/Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Cybernetics, research best practices and external use cases to inform our roadmaps.
  • Distil and organise research findings into tactical/actionable insights and strategic recommendations to uplift a space or service experience.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to investigate insights into future employee’s needs, wants, and of trends in the workspace, to be able to create the next wave of employee experience.
  • Execute elements of the research and project management process.

You should apply if you possess:

  • A passion for rigorous research, with the ability to convert the research into action within a given timeline.
  • Enthusiasm for behavioural/organisational psychology, anthropology and cybernetics.
  • The following skills: Determination and an appreciation for challenges and overcoming obstacles. Working well both within and leading a team.
  • An eye for both detail and the bigger picture, keen awareness to prioritise and focus on appropriate areas given project requirements.

Bonus points if:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Behavioural Science, Cybernetics, Decision Science or Psychology
  • Experience in business data analysis and research related to the aforementioned fields.
  • Experience with blockchain technology
