R3 is seeking a strategic, innovative and customer focused Relationship Manager for our team. This individual must be a self-starter and ideally possess a strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: blockchain, distributed ledger technology, payments, capital markets, digital currencies.

As a Relationship Manager, you will focus on our Strategic customers; help our customers to realize the value of R3 products and services. You will deeply understand our customers’ business, become their trusted advisor, and help them drive successful outcomes. You will be their “go-to” person, will be primarily accountable for their satisfaction, and will work closely with Sales to support revenue retention and growth.

Capital Markets Relationship Managers will enjoy interacting daily with customers and working through opportunities to help them succeed. You will develop meaningful relationships both with customers’ organizations (working with the technical and business sides) and within R3, at multiple levels. You will be as comfortable helping customers with go-to-market planning using Corda / Conclave, being their trusted advisor, or acting as their advocate in R3, canvassing for feature requests, or doing internal process improvement. You will partner closely with Sales on strategic account planning, as well as Support, Product and Professional Services more broadly on issues or go-live plans.
