Your responsibilities

Reporting to the head of marketing, you will create a holistic digital marketing strategy involving all our marketing channels across SEO/SEM, social media, marketing database, e-mail and website. In parallel, you will track and analyze the results, and adjust where needed. Telegram, Discord and Twitter are the main platforms.

In practice, this means you will:

• Manage growth marketing together with our head of product to run constant, iterative tests throughout the funnel, and use the results to craft data-driven strategy updates that lift key performance metrics.
• Lead, manage and execute our paid marketing strategy across social ads, influencer marketing & google ads.
• Assist with our monthly content planning strategy and ensure there is a cohesive execution across the different channels (email, social, etc)
• Develop and consistently manage the growth marketing funnel
• Managing and coaching the growing marketing team

Your profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• You speak English fluently
• You love meme creation
• Telegram & Discord Management
• You don’t mind wearing many hats and speaking up
• Startup experience and/or agency experience is a big +
• People management experience preferred (1+years)
• Experience in Hotjar
