As a Content Creator & Marketing Specialist at Figment, you will help develop and curate the marketing content strategy. You will work within our marketing team to spread awareness and knowledge about Web 3, Staking, and our ecosystem of products. You will also be involved with our research team, crafting content around the 45+ blockchain protocols we support.

This job is for someone who loves writing about crypto and explaining it in an approachable way!

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Work with our team to develop the story and strategy for our brand and online presence
  • Break down and communicate technical topics that can be readily understood by a targeted audience.
  • Write, proofread and/or edit strategic / integrated content for various long and short-form communication including marketing collateral, blog posts, email campaigns, press releases, website pages, and internal sales documents.
  • Execute on a content calendar across teams to increase engagement, providing suggestions on how to enhance over the long-term.
  • Support and assist the evolution of the editorial voice and tone standards across our products.
  • Create content campaigns and measure results

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Crypto and blockchain ecosystems, Web 3, and Layer-1 / Layer-2 protocols.
  • Content writing experience for platforms, including blog, email, and long-form content, socials
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
  • Knowledge of marketing campaigns, segmentation, analytics.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with visual communications and design tools (Photoshop, Figma)
  • Excel or marketing management software experience (Asan, Airtable, etc)
