We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Developer Relations Manager who is passionate about onboarding and supporting developers within the TON ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in helping developers bring their ideas to life, ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and connections needed to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Developer Onboarding & Activations: Run workshops, bootcamps and pitch nights with the hub lead to help developers turn ideas into live projects within the TON ecosystem;
- Hands-on Developer Support: Guide developers as they build on TON, helping them navigate infrastructure, integrate smart contracts, and optimize for scalability;
- Developer Engagement: Stay active in Telegram, developer chats, and social channels, assisting builders, answering technical questions, and keeping a pulse on ecosystem trends;
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Build relationships with founders, investors, and technical leaders to expand TON’s developer reach and network effects;
- Ship Real Projects: Encourage developers to deploy live applications on TON, not just experiment with testnets.
Requirements:
- Passion for Web3 & TON: Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its potential;
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with smart contracts (FunC and Tact), Telegram Mini Apps, or blockchain tooling;
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts through writing, workshops, and mentorship;
- Community-Building Experience: Proven track record of engaging developer communities online and in person;
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to diagnose and resolve developer challenges effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with TON’s ecosystem and its developer tools;
- Experience building Web3 apps, bots, or automation tools.
