The Opportunity: Multichannel Commissions

Most exchange BDs are limited to commissions from a single platform. TetherMax BDs are different. You can earn commissions from 20+ exchanges simultaneously by onboarding KOLs to a single rebate ecosystem.

Concurrent Work: You may hold this role alongside a current exchange BD position. We have no restrictions on outside work, provided you do not work with competing rebate platforms.

Target Regions

We are hiring across several high-priority, high-volume regions:

  • Southeast Asia: Vietnam & Indonesia
  • CIS & Eastern Europe: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and neighboring countries.
  • Latin America: Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and beyond.
Revenue & Bonus Structure

This is a high-upside performance role where BDs, KOLs, and traders all receive real-time USDT payouts.

1. Revenue Share

  • TetherMax (Fixed): 20% of net revenue
  • BD + KOL Combined: 80% of net revenue
  • KOL Split: BD’s discretion (Min. 50% to KOL required)
  • BD Base Take: Up to 30% of net revenue

3. Volume & Loyalty Bonuses

Scale your portfolio to increase your effective share:

Base Salary & Performance Targets

Base salary is provided during the onboarding phase to support verifiable sales activity:

  • Month 1 (700 USDT): Requires full attendance at weekly check-ins and minimum 3 signed KOL contracts.
  • Month 2 (up to 1,200 USDT): Requires total portfolio trading volume to reach 100M USDT.
  • Month 3+: Transition to pure commission + volume bonuses.
  • Minimum Sustained Performance: 50+ active traders and 10M+ USDT monthly volume.
What You Will Do

  • Identify & Approach: Connect with crypto KOLs, YouTube/Telegram influencers, and community admins in your specific region (Vietnam, Indonesia, CIS, or LatAm).
  • Onboard: Bring KOLs and their trading communities into the TetherMax ecosystem.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain KOL activity to maximize trading volume.
  • Reporting: Participate in weekly Telegram check-ins and one monthly online meeting with Singapore HQ.
What We Are Looking For

  • Networkers: Individuals with an existing network of local crypto KOLs or trading community admins.
  • Experience: Familiarity with crypto referral/affiliate mechanics or exchange BD operations.
  • Languages: * Vietnam/Indonesia: Native local language + English.
    • CIS/Ukraine: Russian + English.
    • LatAm: Portuguese/Spanish + English.
  • Direct Recruitment: If you have the ability to recruit traders directly (without a KOL), you earn the full 80% net revenue share.
