What We Are Looking For:

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our team, working in our Hong Kong office. You will play a key role in overseeing financial operations and strategies, supporting our growth in the dynamic blockchain and global cryptocurrency market. This role is essential as we continue to expand and optimise our financial processes.

You will work closely with the CFO and have direct contact with the founders of the firm on a daily basis due to our flat hierarchy structure. This means you will have significant influence and input on financial decisions and strategies, contributing directly to the success and growth of Auros.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations, planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and strategies to support business growth.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other teams to support market-making activities.
• Monitor and manage working capital, cash flow, and investments.
• Stay updated on blockchain and cryptocurrency regulations and trends.

Position Requirements:

• 5 -7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Experience with monthly closes
• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
• Ability to produce forecasts and financial models
• CPA
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as being highly detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with Big 4 accounting firms is a plus
• Experience in a crypto or a proprietary trading company is a plus
• Experience in implementing financial systems is a plus
