Web3 Chief Marketing Officer - DeFi (Full Time)

Role: Chief Marketing Officer - DeFi (Full Time)

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for defining and
implementing our marketing and growth programs. You will be able to pull your
socks up to get started and will have the resources to build a team. You will be
the voice of our community and represent them in your communications within
and outside the organization

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will work directly with the Co-Founders to take full ownership of our
marketing initiatives and business development programs. You should already
have experience building and running personalized marketing campaigns within
crypto / DeFi and be able to drive consistent user adoption, increasing TVL &
community engagement
● Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for both our protocol &
upcoming TGE along with future portfolio projects under Timeswap Labs
foundation. You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target
users, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure
adoption.
● Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear &
consistent way that resonates with our vision and motivates our target users &
community. You will promote our brand manifesto to the press and across our
communication channels like Discord,Twitter,Telegram,etc
● Be the voice of community. You will represent our community within the
organization, bringing your insights to cross-functional stakeholders across
product, design, research, developers, and executive leadership. You will also
lead and mentor a growing team of marketers across a broad set of functions
including product marketing, business development, content and brand.
● Collaborate with DeFi ecosystem players & deepen relationships with
strategic partners. You will nurture existing relationships with key partners like
investors, influencers, advisors, market-makers, institutions, product partners in
aligning on mutual goals & driving adoption through a variety of co-marketing
efforts.
● Collaborate with Timeswap’s community, partners, and team to deliver
narrative-driven short and long-form content on social media, blogs, and media
platforms.

Skills:

● A high degree of familiarity with DeFi ecosystem, and is a core community
member with different DAOs, protocols, etc.
● Demonstrable experience developing & executing go-to-market plans to get
adoption and offline events, and content marketing (white papers, hackathons,
and blogging etc.)
● You are a self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define
goals and prioritize your work.
● Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills.
● Enjoy creating MEMEs (If you love all those sci-fi movies on Time and Time
travel then you are at the right place ;))
