Your Impact
You will be responsible for building, managing and prioritizing community growth goals for ClubRare. You will bridge the gap between different departments like marketing, product development, data analysis and sales. Your main mission will be to utilize, create and envision various growth channels for ClubRare.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead community brand strategy using growth hacking
- Advise on the appropriate platforms and channels to build traffic
- Exchange ideas and collaborate with different departments such as Product Management, Community Engagement and Senior Leadership Team to create innovative and effective solutions
- Understand conversion rate optimization principles as well as hacks and be able to apply them
- Analyze data and user feedback to understand how to convert leads to users
- Be knowledgeable about referral marketing to be able to create viral growth
- Work with senior leadership and manage a small team, while still being able to dive deep as needed with this hands-on role.
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience
- You have experience in A/B testing and data analytics
- You have a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
- Start up mindset and knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing
- Be social and understanding of user experience/behavior
- You will be creative, curious, results driven with a relentless pursuit of growth
- Editing and copywriting skills
- Extremely organized, responsive, responsible, and accountable.
- We are an all-remote company, but prefer that you have availability during US work hours (PST←→EST) to facilitate better collaboration with your core team.
Superpowers / bonus:
- Relevant crypto, art, media or consumer/marketplace experience
- A coherent vision around emerging digital phenomena like VR/AR, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), the Metaverse, etc.
