About the Role

We are seeking a Legal, Associate to lead and manage core legal functions across a dynamic, high-growth organization operating at the forefront of the crypto and digital asset space. This role requires exceptional precision, organizational discipline, and the ability to operate across a broad range of legal matters with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in corporate law—preferably through experience at a top-tier law firm—and is eager to apply their skill set in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. This is not a traditional in-house legal position; it is a demanding, high-responsibility role designed for someone who thrives in a performance-driven culture and is motivated by impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day legal operations, including workflow management, tracking, and document control
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., vendor, partnership, employment, service, IP)
  • Support entity governance, regulatory filings, and corporate structuring matters
  • Contribute to M&A initiatives, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and post-close integration support
  • Assist with litigation and pre-litigation activities in collaboration with external counsel
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and business unit leaders to support strategic initiatives
  • Ensure rigorous legal process, version control, and compliance across all workstreams

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of legal experience, ideally with training at a leading law firm
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate, commercial, or M&A matters
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Interest in crypto, blockchain, or emerging financial technologies; prior exposure a plus but not required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a high-velocity environment
  • Willingness to develop deep understanding of U.S. legal frameworks (if not already U.S.-trained)

Who Will Excel in This Role

  • Professionals who are highly self-motivated, intellectually curious, and energized by complexity
  • Individuals who value ownership, accountability, and high standards of performance
  • Candidates seeking meaningful, hands-on legal work—not a passive or narrowly scoped in-house role

Why Join Us
