About the role:
As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate with other engineers to design, implement, and maintain documentation, technical articles, and social media announcements, and other development-focused content.
You will pursue solutions to problems independently and iterate consistently.
Key responsibilities:
Generate technical, educational, and promotional content in the form of blogs, documentation, and social media posts.
Build expertise in Solana infrastructure implementations and ecosystem technical trends. In other words, have a finger on the pulse of Web3 development.

Advance Syndica and the industry by envisioning and developing innovative methods for delivering, creating, analyzing, and engaging with technical content.
What does success in this role look like?
In three months, you have become our go-to technical writer, owning all aspects of technical writing for the organization.
In six months, you have earned the team's trust, delivered tasks with minimal guidance, and are helping to mentor engineers effectively on all facets of technical writing best practices.
