Role Description
As a Developer Relations Engineer at Helius, you will be the face of our company to the developer community. Your role will involve advocating for our platform, fostering relationships with developers, and ensuring their success in building on Solana using Helius tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Build open-source widgets (explorers, AI tools, etc).
- Engage with the Solana developer community through various channels, including social media, forums, and events
- Create and deliver technical content, including documentation, tutorials, and sample projects
- Organize and participate in hackathons, workshops, and conferences
- Gather feedback from developers and work closely with our product team to improve our offerings
- Provide technical support and guidance to developers using Helius platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Solana ecosystem
Qualifications
- Strong technical background with experience in blockchain development, preferably on Solana
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms
- Experience with developer tools, APIs, and SDKs
- Public speaking experience and comfort with presenting technical content
- Strong presence on social media and developer communities
- Willingness to travel for events and conferences
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a developer relations or developer advocacy role
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience creating technical content (blog posts, videos, podcasts)
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages
