We’re ideally looking for someone with substantial game economy experience in a live free-to-play mobile title. You will influence and define game systems and features leading to the launch of Season 3 for NFL Rivals! This position will report to the Brighton Studio Development Director, and will work with other cross-functional product teams within Mythical to understand and deliver against company goals and product initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Help drive game and systems design for next-generation mobile games.• Help teams synthesize their ideas for themes, game mechanics, monetization, and social features into a successful product.• Design delightful systems to accomplish deeper engagement and monetization.• Develop feature sets with an emphasis on accessibility, balance, and progression.• Devise creative solutions to gameplay and balancing issues.• Create design documents, including specs, user flow diagrams, economy spreadsheets, and wireframes.• Deconstruct mechanics and systems in successful mobile titles.• Recognize and stay abreast of game design trends, play patterns, and consumer preferences.• Collaborate with the Design Leads, Product Managers, Game Directors, and Cross-Functional teams to review specs, improve design processes, and strengthen game design as a vital pillar of the company• Pitch your fun and innovative ideas to shape company strategy.

Requirements • 3+ years of design experience in F2P games (experience with web3, digital assets, and trading is a plus)• Experience with economic modeling in spreadsheets or similar tools, with the ability to apply formulas to tune game economies (SQL a plus).• Experience balancing card collection economies.• Experience identifying gameplay and balancing issues as well as proposing solutions.• Experience pitching game features and concepts in a clear and effective manner.• Comprehensive knowledge of game mechanics -- know what’s out there, what’s working, what isn’t, and how to improve.• Deep monetization intuition and understanding.• Understanding of the freemium market and emergent trends in adjacent markets.  Attributes• Great communicator• Organized• Proactive• Calm• Pragmatic Our team values diversity and believes that it strengthens our games, products, and communities.
