Web3 Director of Marketing, Gaming Division

Compensation: $120k - $180k

Location: United States New York US

Everyrealm is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts for our gaming initiatives. As the Director of Marketing, Gaming Division, you will be responsible for designing and executing a GTM strategy for our gaming products. In this role, you will be leading marketers, designers and developers. This candidate must have significant experience in bringing gaming products to market.

Everyrealm is a metaverse technology and infrastructure company, bringing life to the metaverse. Everyrealm is one of the most active investors in and developers of the metaverse real estate ecosystem, with projects such as The Row and Fantasy Islands. Everyrealm also operates Realm Academy, an esports guild and tournament platform, as well as manages a portfolio that includes investments in 30+ metaverse platforms and more than 4,000 NFTs.

What You'll do:

  • Create a well-scoped, well-documented GTM strategy for one of our largest product launches.
  • Create marketing plans internally and for partners detailing outcomes and goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand the public interest and determine the marketability of products.
  • Partner with creative to build unique marketing strategies across multiple web2 and web3 communication channels like social media, blogs, digital media, press, partnerships, tv and billboards.
  • Create Digital Marketing product roadmaps and liaise with technical and design leadership to gauge feasibility and level of effort.
  • Create all necessary sales materials for potential consumers, partners, and internal and external stakeholders.

  • You understand the big picture, but still sweat the details: you can manage complex projects that spam multiple teams and relationships (and catch the spelling mistake in this bullet point on the first read).
  • Experience developing a product GTM roadmap and tracking progress and success metrics.
  • User-focused with the ability to distill customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable collaborating and communicating with teams at various levels of seniority.
  • You are interested in social media, communities, metaverse and blockchain concepts

Requirements

Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in marketing roles within gaming companies.
  • Experience creating and executing on product roadmaps – including securing consensus from stakeholders on scope and deliverable timelines.
  • Hands-on experience implementing customer acquisition strategies through both organic and performance media.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with continuous desire to analyze and further improve performance.
  • Strong track record in concepting initiatives, managing projects with little direction, and driving measurable results.
