Web3 Editorial Marketing Manager

Compensation: $45k - $67k estimated

FUNCTION

We’re looking for an Editorial Marketing Manager to join our fully remote based team to help write the story of the Nifty’s brand and all of our projects.

This role will lead the development of written communication, editorial themes and additional content that fuel engagement and relationships with the Nifty’s community in ways that reflect our vision and culture.

The candidate should have a strong interest in the burgeoning NFT and blockchain landscape along with the ability to create effective writing and editorial content across multiple channels and audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES

  • Develop, implement and manage the Nifty's written communication strategy and editorial calendar in partnership with the other members of the marketing team and additional stakeholders across the organization.
  • Contributes to development of go-to-market plans for marketing projects to power our consumer marketing drivers (Blog, Email, Social Media, Site UX, etc.)
  • Creates and edits copy that helps to deliver clear messages for brand, product and business initiatives, from concept to execution. Including but not limited to: key brand messages, taglines, and campaign headlines.
  • Leverage internal and external partnerships – including external agencies and partners – to develop, present, and refine proposed editorial themes and develop messaging frameworks and deployment strategies.
  • Steward development and adherence to the Nifty’s brand identity, voice and tone in key share-out instances like creative development check-ins with cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
  • Participates in recurring marketing meetings and milestone business processes to understand and discuss business objectives and initiatives to drive the business and brand results.
  • Continually assesses community and stakeholder feedback to further develop, adapt and build the voice of the brand.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in written communications, ideally developing the voice of consumer branded companies
  • Demonstrated leadership among Creative peers
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, spelling, and grammar
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Collaboration, flexibility, and comfort balancing stakeholder feedback in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic creative messaging and aptitude for tailoring a brand's voice to different channels and audiences
  • Ability to multitask, self-organize, and work under pressure to meet deadline
