0xPragma is looking for a full time Marketing Manager to join its team!

We are a fast growing marketing firm focusing on Web3 native, innovative blockchain & crypto projects, shaping the future of business and governance worldwide. Our team is fully remote and focused on delivering high quality marketing strategies, content & community growth to a diverse range of clients in the crypto space. We’re currently working with different projects in the DeFi space.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to plan & execute b2b digital marketing strategies, coordinate marketing campaigns and implementing tactics to build b2b partnerships. Understanding & interest in crypto & blockchain technologies, interoperability, DeFi & CT is essential for this position. Ideally you are self motivated, intellectually curious, data-driven, knowledgeable and passionate about crypto. You are familiar with the main players & protocols in the crypto ecosystem and the terminology used in this field.

You understand when and how to use different marketing channels and understand it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. You thrive in fast-paced environments and shift your priorities, able to wear many different hats and respect deadlines. You have experience in the following: DeFi, blockchain interoperability, social media marketing, b2b digital marketing, SaaS, research, copywriting.

What You Will Do / Your Mission:

• Research about our client's competitors / prospect partnerships
• Collaborate with team members (marketing lead, technical writers...) to develop impactful campaigns for multiple personas at different points in the projects’ lifecycles
• Staying up to date with daily ecosystem news
• Work with partners on co-marketing campaigns
• Regular reports on marketing-related metrics.

What You Bring to the Team / Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in crypto and blockchain technology.
• Proven b2b & digital marketing experience.
• Experience working with decentralized, remote global teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience interacting with Discord, Twitter and Telegram communities.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Research & Copywriting skills.
