2. Responsibilities:

• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with blockchain regulations, data protection laws, and gaming industry standards.
• Contracts & Agreements: Draft and review legal documents, including partnerships, licensing, and employment agreements.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Intellectual Property: Safeguard the company’s intellectual property rights, trademarks, and patents.
• Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in legal frameworks relevant to blockchain, Web3, and gaming sectors.
• Investor Relations: Assist with legal requirements for funding rounds, tokenomics, and equity structuring.

3. Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years as a practicing lawyer, with expertise in Web3, blockchain, or tech startups.

• Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain regulations, tokenomics, and NFT-related legalities.

• Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail when drafting and reviewing contracts.

• Startup Savvy: Experience with fast-paced startup environments is a plus.

• Tech Enthusiast: Interest in Web3 and gaming trends is an added advantage.

• Knowledge Bonus: Knowledge of TMA (Telegram Mini-Apps) or TON is highly valued. Let us know in your cover letter or additional information section if you’ve worked with these!
