Copper.co is hiring a Web3 Product Marketing Lead

Copper is looking for an exceptional Product Marketer to help us bring the institutional standards into the digital assets industry. You will be a natural team player/leader, will have extensive experience in marketing B2B fintech product, and a passion for the digital assets industry.
You will be part of the Product team, and will be working closely with Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Crafting compelling product messaging and positioning materials by understanding and addressing each customer segment's pain points and needs.
- Creating effective Marketing & Sales collateral.
- Developing comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches and campaigns.
- Drive product & industry expertise across the company by staying updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies and communicating about those extensively.
- Working with Strategy and Product Managers providing market research reports with insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Working with Sales and Account Management to gather and showcase customer testimonials and case studies.
- Lead cross-functional-team Product Marketing initiative by collaborating closely with Product, Revenue and Marketing to ensure maximum impact and consistent alignment.
Your experience, skills and knowledge
- Experience working as a Product Marketer for complex B2B products.
- Experience working in Fintech and/or Financial Services industry.
- Ability to communicate complex product features and benefits in a clear and compelling way.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers for insights and advocacy.
- Proficiency using Salesforce & other Revenue/Marketing tools to facilitate collaboration.
- Ability to get drive change and get things done.
Desirable
- Experience working in the Digital Assets industry.
- Degree in Marketing or Communication or a similar field.
