Web3 Product Marketing Manager (Staking)

We at P2P.org are the largest staking and restaking operator, with a TVL of over $8B 🔝

We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to NRR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher NRR (+40%) than any other staking operator 💪

We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

We work with partners like BitGo, Crypto.com, Ledger and ByBit.

We are actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for exchanges, custodians, and banks

What we are looking for 🔍

We are seeking a self-driven and strategically minded Product Marketing Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside passionate professionals. Despite having a full size marketing team as support, the ideal candidate should be able to take full ownership of crafting and executing impactful marketing campaigns if needed.. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in B2B marketing but also has the ability to align their efforts with our product goals to create and sustain a strong presence in the blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

You Will 🚀

• Work together with a Head of Marketing on a full-funnel marketing strategy tailored to Web3 users that you will own and execute. You will be guiding them from education and awareness to loyalty and advocacy.

• Set and achieve ambitious marketing goals aligned with P2P vision for decentralized finance and community growth.

• Work on messaging, positioning, and branding strategies that resonate with crypto-native audiences, ensuring alignment across all channels, communities, and ecosystem partnerships.

• Highlight P2P’s unique value within the blockchain ecosystem by designing campaigns that emphasize our strengths in the Web3 landscape.

• Stay ahead of emerging Web3 trends, using on-chain analytics, community feedback, and industry developments to optimize strategies and campaign effectiveness.

• Build relationships with Web3 communities, fostering organic growth, product adoption, and brand loyalty.

• Collaborate with blockchain projects, DeFi platforms, and ecosystem partners to develop co-marketing campaigns that expand P2P reach.
  
  

Requirements

You Have 🤓

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing within a B2B tech environment.

• Previous exposure to fintech, financial services, or blockchain is a must.

• Outstanding project management abilities, combined with a proactive approach to executing tasks.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract insights from metrics and analytics to adjust campaigns as needed.

• Fluent English
