About the Role
You’ll be at the ground floor of scaling Tensor for the next 1 million traders, helping us design incentives, track malicious activity and drive growth.
You will:
- Work with product and engineering on Tensor's incentive programs
- Analyze transaction data to look for anomalies and malicious behavior
- Help growth run data-driven experiments
- Optimize our apps for best consumer experience, such as building recommendation models
You are:
- Excited about web3/crypto/NFTs. We really cannot overstate this - you’ll be joining a team of web3 nerds
- A generalist with 3+ years of experience working on data analytics, data science and ML
- Deeply experienced with statistics and ML, and comfortable using the usual data science libraries
- Proficient in Python and ideally in Java/Scala
Bonus points for:
- Experience with data engineering - writing and/or interacting with data pipelines
- Experience having worked on consumer products that scaled to millions of users
- Experience with data storage technologies, knowing which to use when and why
- Good intuition on when to move fast/break things vs when to move carefully
