We’re seeking an experienced Solana Developer to build the Solana-based architecture for our automated trading platform. This includes replicating existing features like trading conditions (market cap, volume triggers, transaction counts) and integrating advanced capabilities such as Smart Account Wallets via Account Abstraction, profit rules, and loop logic for multi-pool trades.
Position Overview
As a Solana Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure for Solana integration and maintenance, that powers our innovative DeFi solutions. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, build, and optimize robust and scalable backend services. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring our platform's reliability, performance, and security.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services for decentralized applications (dApps).
- Build the engine to handle real-time data processing and automated trading.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers and product teams to define API requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Optimize blockchain interactions and on-chain/off-chain data processes to ensure performance and data integrity.
- Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of DeFi applications, focusing on user experience and reliability.
- Build secure and scalable systems for user wallet management system.
- Write clean and maintainable code.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with Rust, TypeScript, or Golang.
- DEX Integration: Familiarity with Solana DEXs like Jupiter, Raydium, or Orca.
- Strong understanding of Solana tools, SPL tokens, DeFi protocols and other Solana ecosystems.
- Experience designing and developing real-time and high-load systems, ensuring optimal performance under heavy load.
