Consensys is hiring a
Web3 Technical Product Marketing Manager (Truffle, Infura)

Compensation: $43k - $60k estimated

Location: UNITED STATES - Remote

Remote, US/Canada/UK, Product Marketing Team, Full Time

At ConsenSys we have a vision of a world where data sovereignty and financial well-being is accessible to every person and organization. We believe Ethereum and decentralized protocol technology is a more trustworthy and equitable foundation for how we create and share value across the web. On this trusted, open source foundation, we can accelerate the world’s transition to a universally accessible network of distributed participants where transparency, security and freedom are fundamental.

Our product suite, composed of Truffle, Infura, Quorum, Codefi, MetaMask, and Diligence, serves millions of users, supports billions of blockchain-based queries for our clients, and has handled billions of dollars in digital assets. As the leading Ethereum software company, ConsenSys enables developers, enterprises, and people worldwide to build next-generation applications, launch modern financial infrastructure, and access the decentralized web. About Infura

Infura is the leading infrastructure platform providing scalable and easy-to-use APIs and cloud solutions for blockchain and decentralized application developers. Infura currently offers APIs for Ethereum, IPFS, and other leading decentralized networks, allowing developers to immediately begin building instead of spending time on architecting and maintaining their own infrastructure.

Infura provides developers instant access to decentralized and blockchain networks without the need to sync or understand complicated peer to peer infrastructure. Similar to how one might access a cloud service to alleviate the friction of owning proprietary compute and storage, Infura lowers the barrier to entry for engineers to begin building.

We believe in a more equitable and decentralized future, and we know developers will be at the forefront of that progress. We want to empower developers to spend their time building, creating, and evolving by providing them with the best and easiest solution to their infrastructure needs.

About Truffle

We make open-source tools for building blockchain applications. Our tools let users simulate blockchain virtual machines, debug smart contracts step-by-step, manage suites of automated tests, deploy applications to live networks, interface with smart contracts at a high level of abstraction, and much more. We believe that software development tools should offer sensible defaults and never lose sight of human intent amidst low-level details.

We believe in cultivating autonomy, mastery, and purpose, both for ourselves and for our community. We recognize that developing great software requires passion for the positive impact of the work and passion to support each other as a team. We recognize each other by our strengths, not our weaknesses, and we maintain space for everyone to say “I don’t know.” We work remotely except for when we meet up with each other (pandemic aside) at conferences or as a group at team retreats. We’re a dedicated team with a playful sense of humor, constantly seeking new ideas.

About the Role:

We are growing rapidly and seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager who loves to blend deep technical knowledge with storytelling for a developer audience. • Contribute to marketing strategy and messaging, and help maintain technical accuracy of marketing messages

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience as a technical product marketing manager with a deep understanding of the motivations of technical audiences
  • A proven track record of your ability to understand technical personas and build adoption and engagement of new and existing product lines
  • Technical aptitude, curiosity, and a keen understanding of the API and developer ecosystem and its technical audiences
  • Experience crafting compelling positioning, messaging and thought leadership content
  • Hands-on capability to build a range of marketing assets, including succinct slide pitch-decks, eBooks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
  • Ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills to define and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Be innovative with your marketing approach in reaching out to our audiences as well as in engaging them frequently

Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway.
