BC.Game is hiring a Web3 User Acquisition Specialist (Media Buying)
Compensation: $40k - $70k
Location: Remote
Candidate who expertise with Media Buy (In-app, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Crypto Web Ads etc.) South America & 1st World Europe

- Wide-ranging day-to-day administrative & operational support for User Acquisition Marketer.
- Help to define marketing performance metrics and measurement plans. Analyze and visualize data to reveal trends in campaign performance, and identify key opportunities based on analysis.
- Actively monitor, analyze, report and take action on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline and campaign ROAS.
- Assist in structuring and executing a multitude of A/B tests to optimize the media buying efforts
- Assist in the Google Analytics management including set up, optimization and reporting
- Optimizing paid media campaigns - setting paid media goals and KPIs. Conducting thorough analysis on keywords, bid prices and audience optimization.
- Development and implementation of innovative social media campaigns and customer journeys. Keeping abreast of the latest trends in paid social. Sharing best practices and new technologies.
- Reviewing & reporting campaign KPIs such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Perform and support other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in media buying with a similar set up
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy understanding with strong emphasis on financials
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Multitasking, management of numerous accounts and program management to ensure all accounts are managed affectively
- Any marketing experience with campaign analysis or B2B relationships is also beneficial.
- Passion for remote work and a global outlook strongly preferred.
- Able to work under high pressure and self-disciplinary
