The Binance Wallet team is building a decentralized version of Binance, featuring on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized Earn and more. Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and data in the Web3 space
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive product growth
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, gather feedback
- Plan and manage Web3 wallet projects to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with teams to translate BD terms into operational plans
- Monitor wallet performance and optimize user experience
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Web3 business development and campaign operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Solid understanding of blockchain and Web3 wallet ecosystem
- Fluent spoken English & Chinese to smoothly communicate with stakeholders, excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills
- Strong analytical and project management abilities
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, adaptable to fast-paced environments
