Responsibilities

• Identify and implement the latest payments innovations and banking solutions to improve settlement efficiency;
• Explore banks/channels/products to optimize cross-border settlements and minimize translation and FX cost;
• Conduct due diligence for various channels / products;
• Guide the implementation of treasury product placement, execution and management across regions to achieve scale, implementation and execution efficiencies;
• Support the planning & execution of Group Treasury products strategies;
• Coordinate, implement and synergize Group Treasury product framework;Maintain relationships with existing banks, channels, and Treasury solution vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance/ Accounting;
• 5-10 years experience with Treasury Management in a MNC or Financial Institution;
• Strong understanding of wire and payment processing, settlement solutions, and treasury products;
• End to end onboarding experience with payment channels or products;
• Highly motivated with excellent analytical skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced multi-cultural fintech environment
• Good communication skills, as the role will entail significant interaction with internal stakeholders, banks, service providers, etc.;
• Understanding of Crypto /Blockchain is a plus;
