Responsibilities

• Support management team in overall project management including prioritization, tracking daily business activities, individual and business KPIs, and progress of both short and long term projects
• Facilitate or moderate meetings where necessary, and most importantly implementing and helping to drive execution on follow-up action points for all parties involved
• Work closely with management team and cross functional leadership to understand complex business decisions and translate goals into actionable steps
• Manage and support multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment across different teams on executive leadership’s goals, plans, and deliverables
• Provide direction and guidance on project scope, delegation, and performance measurement to fulfill business goals
• Ensure projects are on or ahead of schedule, anticipate and remove blockers
• Exercise strategic thinking in prioritization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams company wide

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or any other relevant fields 
• At least 2-3 years experience in management consulting, project management, business lead, or business operations role 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Problem solving mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Able to work independently
• Experience in working with senior stakeholders 
• Savvy communicator, excellent people management skills 
• Experience managing numerous requests and time demands concurrently
• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
