Senior Emerging Products Manager

Bitcoin Depot (bitcoindepot.com) is the world’s leading cryptocurrency ATM network. Based in Atlanta, GA, our business and our teams are rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Emerging Products Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team and help us Bring Crypto to the Masses™.

The Sr. Emerging Products Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and be one responsible for bringing our new products to life and to market. The successful candidate will take products in our pipeline and shepherd those products through launch. This individual will work with our Product, Finance, and IT teams to spearhead this work through product marketing efforts. This person will also manage a small team of professionals dedicated to the successful launch of future products for Bitcoin Depot. He/she will be our product marketing SME.

This position will work in our Atlanta office. Working from home may also be a consideration for the right candidate. Must be willing to travel approximately 10% of the time.

The successful candidate must have...

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 8-12 years of product marketing experience in a fast pace working environment (i.e. agencies)
• A portfolio of successful product launches
• Strong work ethic (a “That’s not my job.” attitude will not work at Bitcoin Depot.)

• MBA degree
• FinTech experience
• Cryptocurrency experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack
• Experience managing vendor partner relationships
• Excellent writing and presentation skills

Position responsibilities:

• Own the Emerging Products launches for Marketing by shepherding those products through cross-functional departments and develop launch plans
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities - Be the expert on the competition and know how to crush them.
• Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and work with the Marketing team to develop the appropriate sales tools that support the selling process of the products.
• Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Identify new, potential markets
• Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for Emerging Products
• Prepare case studies and sales forecasts
• Utilize the entire Marketing team to complete Emerging Products tasks
• Lead a small team of Emerging Products professionals
• Cascade product marketing and emerging products throughout the Bitcoin Depot organization as the SME
• Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, vendors, and industry professionals.
• Assist in the development of internal processes that improves Marketing output
