Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and arrange for document/agreement execution and filing
  • Maintain the contract repository
  • Arrange payments and disbursements of the legal department
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • High diploma/ associate degree or above in any discipline
  • 1-5 years administrative or secretarial experience preferable
    (fresh graduates with a bachelor degree will also be considered)
  • A team player, self motivated and willing to learn
  • Able to multitask effectively, strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as an Officer.
