About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Operations Associate to join our Crypto.com App team to coordinate updates and requests from stakeholders. This is a great entry level position for someone to learn operations and project coordination of running one of the largest finance apps in the world. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to enable new cryptocurrency on our platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate releases of new cryptocurrency on our Crypto.com products
- Work with different stakeholders to gather requirements for trading parameters
- Use internal operation tools to launch tokens
- Improve upon existing process
- Review escalated issues from customer service and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
