Location: Remote (GST timezone)

We are seeking a highly intelligent, organised, and proactive Project Coordinator to work directly with the CEO. This role is focused on tracking tasks, following up with teams, and flagging critical issues to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities

Track and follow up on tasks across teams.

Use Jira and Confluence to monitor progress and update project boards.

Flag delays and critical issues to the CEO.

Ensure alignment between teams and maintain accountability.

Push for resolutions efficiently and remove bottlenecks.

Maintain structured documentation of tasks and progress.

Requirements

Highly intelligent, organised, and detail-oriented.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).

Web3 experience is a must. 

Quick learner with a proactive mindset.

Ability to dedicate 8-9 hours per working day (Monday to Friday) for focused and diligent work

Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or engineering.
