Genies is looking for a Community Manager, User Engagement to join our team to lead our Growth, Retention, and Customer Relations Strategy. This critical team member will be responsible for developing a personal relationship with the Genies community and regularly producing experiences/events that excite, educate, and retain engagement on community channels. This Community Manager will also develop growth/retention strategies for scaling our community and expanding platforms of engagement. Lastly, this role will manage & track granular Community growth & retention KPIs to ensure we are on-track to achieving our company objectives.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Live in Genies Discord & develop close relations with the Genies community
• Co-Develop a Growth & Retention strategy with Genies Head of Community
• Expand Genies Customer Engagement strategy
• Produce engaging experiences, events, and partnerships
• Manage Genies Customer Relations/Support pipeline

What You Should Have:

• 4-year college degree preferred
• 1+ year of managing & growing web3 community required
• 4+ years of community management experience preferred
• Fluent in Discord, Telegram, and other community management tools
• Passionate about the mechanics of community
• Upbeat & positive attitude
• Strong cross functional skills and ability to collaborate with multiple functional stakeholders
• Ability to build trusting both internal and external relationships
• Gritty & relentless when it comes to finishing a task at hand
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Meticulously organized
• Creative event production experience is a big plus
• Email & performance marketing is a big plus
