The Risk Management Team ❤️
As a Policies & Procedures Program Manager, you’ll join our Risk Management team to document security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for MoonPay and its solutions, which are state of the art and secure, while always ensuring that user experience is the priority.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, inquisitive individual with a background in writing information security policies, who is extremely strategic and enjoys solving problems. We are currently looking for candidates in the US / UK / EMEA / APAC regions.

What you’ll do 👀

• Identify, assess, and prioritize organizational requirements across Security teams.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Build relationships with MoonPay employees to accomplish program goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Legal and Security teams to update security policies to reflect organizational requirements.
• Communicate the development and modification of security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to MoonPay employees.
• Always put the end user first!.

You should apply if ✅

• A passion for harnessing the power of digital currency and blockchain technology and services built on top of it.
• 2+ years experience at a financial institution, ideally in FinTech.
• 3+ years of experience within security governance.
• 3+ years of experience writing security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
• Knowledge of risk management and security controls and concepts, including identity and access management, network security, security architecture, business continuity, disaster recovery and best practices.
• Ability to take lead on cross functional teams, to drive initiatives and improve internal processes.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience with SaaS solutions.
• Able to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Customer oriented in your approach.
• An innovative and creative mind looking to suggest new solutions to old problems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
• First-rate decision making skills, bias for action and sound judgement.
• Ability to maintain a strong operational focus with the capacity to manage time sensitive workflows across competing priorities.
• B.A./B.S. degree; quantitative or technical degree a plus.
