What your typical week looks like:

• Based on the company's salary structure, responsible for long-term incentive operation, including but not limited to long-term incentive (stock option and others) full-process data management, long-term incentive accounting and issuance, long-term incentive agreement document signing, etc.;
• Based on the company's salary system, incentive and bonus system, conduct relevant incentive and bonus accounting, and assist C & B to continuously optimize the company's salary incentive system;
• Assist in the formulation of the company's incentive and bonus policies, and be responsible for relevant calculations;
• Mainly responsible for related matters related to docking with C & B.

Skills that you will have:

• Bachelor degree or above, with relevant work experience, English can be used as daily working language;
• Strong logical thinking ability, sensitive to data, good at Data Analysis, good communication skills, adaptability and learning ability;
• The work is meticulous and rigorous, honest and upright, practical and steady, with strong execution, pressure resistance, high sense of responsibility and confidentiality awareness, and good team spirit and professional ethics;
• Experience in C & B operation is preferred.
