About Sherlock

Sherlock is a complete lifecycle security provider for Web3 protocol teams. We support teams across their full lifecycle - from pre-deployment through post-launch coverage - so they can build and scale with confidence. A major focus of our expansion is Sherlock AI, a pivotal product we’re investing in heavily as we grow our platform and go-to-market.

Sherlock is a remote-first organization.

The role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to help expand our marketing motion across acquisition, content, creative, and narrative. This is a hands-on, collaborative role at the intersection of Web3 and AI, with direct exposure to product direction and GTM execution.

This role is built for someone with a high sense of personal urgency who wants to learn fast and grow quickly. You’ll ship a lot, get direct feedback, and build tangible range across content, distribution, performance marketing, and product messaging. If you want a slow environment, a long ramp, or a lot of structure handed to you, this won’t be the right fit.

What you’ll do

  • Own content production and distribution across long-form pieces, case studies, website copy, and repurposed social assets
  • Run social execution: planning, writing, publishing, and iteration across core channels (partnership marketing emphasis)
  • Partner tightly with design to ship creatives quickly (Figma-fluent collaboration)
  • Contribute to product marketing by translating product capabilities (especially Sherlock AI) into clear messaging, pages, and launch assets
  • Stay close to the buyer narrative by joining GTM focus sessions and using that context to improve messaging and content
  • Support BD with practical assets used in active conversations (one-pagers, case studies, talk tracks, and deal collateral)
  • Own performance marketing execution: campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, landing page alignment, conversion tracking, and iteration loops based on results (Paid advertising exp is a big plus)

What success looks like (first 90–180 days)

  • Qualified inbound leads and marketing-sourced pipeline increase month over month (more contact requests / submissions that fit the ICP)
  • Website traffic / rankings improves month over month (especially to high-intent pages), with conversion rates improving across key paths through ongoing testing and refinement.
  • Paid advertising + amplification are live and repeatable: ICP-focused targeting is dialed, creative and landing pages iterate weekly.
  • Long-form content ships regularly and is repurposed into social, website, and sales assets that drive traffic and support pipeline.
  • A consistent publishing and distribution cadence runs week over week, with planning, writing, publishing, and iteration happening without stalling.
  • Output stays high, quality stays high, and projects move from idea to shipped without dragging.

Who you are

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in B2B tech growth marketing, content led growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
  • You have performance / acquisition marketing experience; campaign structure, targeting, testing, and optimization
  • You write well and have strong editorial judgment - you can take a rough idea to publishable output
  • You move with urgency, follow through, and communicate clearly when something is blocked
  • You’re comfortable owning work end-to-end and don’t need a daily task list to be productive
  • You like fast feedback loops and high standards, and you take pride in the quality of what you ship
  • You can collaborate tightly with design and GTM teams and keep projects moving
  • Web3 experience is a strong plus, not required; interest in the space and comfort marketing to technical buyers matters more

Growth path

This is an IC role with meaningful runway. Strong performance can grow into a Growth Lead / Growth Marketing Manager role as scope expands across acquisition programs and larger launches.
