Chief Development Officer (CDO)

Job Overview


The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is one of the most strategic positions within the company's senior leadership team, responsible for developing and driving the company's medium- to long-term growth strategies, business expansion, capital partnerships, and innovative growth initiatives.


This role focuses on strategic planning, market expansion, industry synergy, and innovation-driven development, leading the company's continued growth with a global perspective and forward-thinking approach.


As the architect and driver of the company's growth, the CDO will work closely with the Board of Directors and management to build the company's core competitiveness in digital finance and asset management through resource integration, optimized strategy, and innovative business models.


Key Responsibilities


Formulate and execute the company's development strategy and business growth plan to ensure long-term sustainable growth;


Lead the development of new markets, the establishment of strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions integration, and the implementation of investment projects;


Identify industry trends, innovation opportunities, and potential risks, and provide strategic decision-making advice to senior management;


Drive the company's innovative layout in digital asset management, derivatives trading, and fintech;


Coordinate the execution of cross-departmental strategic projects to ensure goal achievement and efficient resource utilization;


Participate in capital operations and investment and financing decisions to improve corporate capital efficiency and value creation;


Represent the company at industry summits, investment conferences, and international cooperation negotiations to expand brand influence;


Establish an efficient strategic management system and evaluation mechanism to promote overall organizational upgrading.


Job Requirements


Master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;


Over 10 years of experience in finance, asset management, investment banking, or strategic consulting;


Extensive experience in capital operations, strategic planning, and cross-departmental project management;


Familiarity with international financial market operations and a deep understanding of emerging fintech and digital asset sectors;


Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic execution skills;


Outstanding leadership and cross-cultural team management experience;


International perspective and fluent English.
