About Role
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies and will play a key role in supporting the product development and management processes. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, market awareness, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Support:Assist in the development and management of blockchain and cryptocurrency products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.

• Market Research:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.

• Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and business teams, to gather and document product requirements and specifications.

• Project Coordination:Help coordinate product development activities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

• User Testing and Feedback:Assist in organizing and conducting user testing sessions, collecting feedback, and analyzing data to inform product improvements.

• Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.

• Communication:Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.

• Quality Assurance:Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure product functionality, performance, and security standards are met.

• Training and Support:Provide training and support to internal teams and external users regarding product features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.

• Technical Skills:Basic understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and smart contracts. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.

• Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

• Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Team Player:Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
