We’re on the lookout for a Web3 Community Manager
We are looking for an experienced Web3 Community Manager to foster, engage and grow our online communities on Discord and Telegram. The ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain, DeFi, and the broader Web3 ecosystem and has a proven track record of building vibrant and engaged communities in these spaces. As the Community Manager, you will act as the voice of our brand, ensuring meaningful connections with our audience, while providing valuable insights and feedback to the internal team.
Community Building & Engagement
- Build & nurture a vibrant and genuinely engaged community on Discord and Telegram, ensuring alignment with eOracles brand, goals, mission and values.
- Design and execute on creative, clever & crypto-nuanced engagement tactics to encourage community participation
Content Creation & Moderation
- Create and schedule engaging posts, announcements, and updates tailored to both platforms.
- Moderate conversations, enforce community guidelines and manage potential conflicts to maintain a safe environment while collaborating with the content and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Analytics & Feedback
- Monitor and analyze community metrics (growth, engagement, sentiment) to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between the community and the product/engineering teams, gathering valuable feedback from users.
- Stay updated on community trends and emerging topics to anticipate user needs and interests.
Growth & Strategy
- Identify and implement strategies to grow the community organically and sustainably.
- Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and other stakeholders to increase brand awareness.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for community management in Web3.
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience managing online communities in the Web3 industry & familiarity of the Ethereum ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of Discord and Telegram, including bots, moderation tools, and best practices.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging content.
Nice-to-haves:
- Understanding of Oracles, restaking & Eigenlayer ecosystem
- Video editing experience
