- 4+ years of experience in building visual experiences on rich customer facing applications.
- A strong product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve for both business requirements and customer needs.
- Demonstrated experience of leading complex projects independently under stretched timelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to clearly present your work; be able to articulate and advocate design rationale.

You will 📲
- As a Senior Designer, you will work alongside the Director of Design to make an impact in a highly strategic and innovative design team - continually raising the bar.
- Your key responsibility is to apply your deep knowledge of visual and user experience design (research, conceptual design, prototyping, shipping) to our core experiences.
- You will liaise within cross-functional partnerships across Business, Product, and Engineering and dedicate their collective creativity and execution to delivering experiences that bring delight to our customers.
- Be accountable to the business and oversee the strategic and tactical deliverables related to the design team
- Coordinate and plan with other functions. Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Identifying the appropriate UX methods and tools to use depending on project constraints.
- Contribute to our growing design system of patterns in an effort to cultivate a cohesive look & feel, and user experience across the platform
- Be part of a fun, humble team, always learning, collaborating with other designers to deliver a customer centered experience
