Given the pace at which things are changing in the Web 3, blockchain technology industry, we are looking for a diligent professional to act as an extension to our CTO to oversee the tech operations in Binance. You will help drive and execute CTO and senior leaders' vision in Binance by communicating and coordinating with all Tech functional leaders and different stakeholders in our business; as well as externally, to drive different initiatives by partnering with external organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute the vision of the CTO, from coordinating activities of different Tech teams to bringing multiple departments and multiple groups together and getting alignment and driving consensus. 
• As a Project Manager to ensure programmes are moving forward within a set timeframe.
• Anticipate and prioritise effectively and in accordance to company’s vision to ensure time and resources is spent efficiently. 
• Coordinate and communicate across business to increase visibility of the whole technology organisation and make cross-functional initiatives viable. 
• Involved in corporate planning with our executive committee, operations, HR, finance and also customer service teams.
• Assist in formulating IT roadmap for long-term planning and agree on short to mid term priorities.
• Bring on new ideas and provide constructive feedback to the leadership team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Chief of Staff/ project management role with proven record of success
• Excellent problem solving skills, ability to identify issues, recognise the root causes of problems and provide effective solutions
• Organised, detail minded and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate across the business
• Excellent business acumen and/or tech savvy
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets
