Our client is on a mission to bring the excitment of a major film industry into the Metaverse, enabling access to thrilling entertainment that only a virtual Web3 experience can bring!
They are after a Web3 Technical Head who can work with stakeholders, spearhead
development of their product(s), manage product deliverables and make their product roadmap come to life!
What you will need:
- Knowledge in Metaverse Development
- Smart contract & Crypto knowledge
- Web3 UI/UX knowledge/experience
- Solidity experience (blockchain development), worked with the EVM before
- NFT experience - ability to launch in a sustainable manner, having an active community in the long run OR
- Has launched a successful NFT collection viewable on OpenSea with a minimum of 100 eth trading volume, able to launch while optimizing gas OR
- Have a deep understanding of how NFTs bring value to users’ long term in the metaverse and how it may potentially bring some real-world utility for users
- Analyse/assess technical areas of work provided by external companies
- Good understanding of market/technological standard practices
- Planning for long-term development & scalability under a tight schedule
- Full stack, cloud computing knowledge
- Server and blockchain security
- API experience, also able to integrate a variety of software within platform/website and white label open-source software to fit company requirements
Nice to haves:
- Good knowledge of the gaming space, how gamification elements can be incorporated and monetised long term
- Team management and delegation
- Fluent in English communication
- Excellent project management skills, ability to organize sprints or scrums and delegate to a team accordingly
