Role ++
Supermind is a young startup in Zero to one phase, and you along with the founders and rest of founding team will play a pivotal role in getting it off the ground. In this role, you will also work with seasoned leaders (Think CMO’s , Growth & Marketing heads) of other companies that the founders will work together with.

You will support the marketing plan towards go to market in particular the following

• Planning the goals together with the founding team
• Owning up the subsequent version of website messaging, positioning etc
• Planning the themes, sourcing people/content writers, working with the graphic designers to execute the same
• Being able to recommend and provide inputs the strategic direction and product roadmap
• Competitive analysis of the complementary products - and finding innovative ways to amplify our reach as a company
• Ideal customer persona research
• Content strategy and execution of the same
• Working towards on the distribution strategy, channel mix, goal setting
• Running a lot of lens A/B experiments to help us accelerate the pace of product feedback and product market fit.
  
• Planning end to end for events - online, offline, hackathons towards our target audience
  
• Speaking to, activating & influencing crypto infleuers in US markets, planning media coverage - all of this in innovative and mindfully frugal ways

*Overall attributes *

• Experience in startups / MBA is an asset, though what we look for the range & depth of thinking & problem solving.
• Ability to understand & interpret the “ask behind the ask” - to be able to define the “ask itself” when given a HL problem statement such as “Come up with a content strategy for GTM/ organic community pull” - See also problem statements below.
• Strong communication skills , commitment and a drive to learn
• Great Organization skills and helping organize the team you support.
• Ability to analyze any generic problem statement, put structure and focus on the most important parts first.
• Great at generic problem solving, ability to shadow and orchestrate the conversations on behalf of the founding team.
• Able to apply similar learnings to different problems
• Ability to work with little direction, make most of your mentor’s time, ability to understand when you are stuck and need help
• Very strongly entrepreneurial, committed and biased for action.
• Any broad Bachelors stream helps - but what matters most is the sheer hunger to learn, take feedback as a gift, and wanting to outdo yourself.
• An understanding of the crypto space is an asset, though not mandatory

Broad Academic background

• A deep problem solving mindset
• Strong generalist and well managed to context switch between multiple tasks
• A mix of formal/ informal mathematical, economics, research & analysis background preferred

*Screening process *

Unless you have previous work-ex in Blockchain marketing, expect to get a take home assignment (depending on the role) . You would get upto 5 days to submit the assignment. While applying - please summit the outcomes / body of work that you have delivered at your previous experiences.
