About Solayer

Solayer is the leading restaking network on Solana. We aim to empower on-chain decentralized applications (dApps) with improved network bandwidth while securing the L1 at the same time. Our goal is to provide dApps on Solana with a greater likelihood of securing block space and prioritizing transaction inclusion.

The Role

We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive strategic growth initiatives in South Korea. As the Growth Lead, you will be instrumental in expanding Solayer’s presence in the South Korean market by collaborating with local media, onboarding new stakers, and representing Solayer at various industry events.

Your role will involve working closely with our leadership team to craft and execute growth strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the South Korean market. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with local partners, media, and the broader blockchain community in South Korea.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience within a DeFi/blockchain infrastructure protocol.
• Fluent in both Korean and English.
• Proven experience in driving growth strategies in the South Korean market.
• Experience with media relations and event representation.
• Ability to expand communities and onboard new integration partners.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive and self-starter attitude.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and remote environments.
• Based in South Korea or willing to relocate.

What You Will Do

• Local Media Collaboration: Work closely with local media outlets to build Solayer's brand presence in South Korea.
• Expand Solayer’s Community: Identify and onboard new stakers to the Solayer network, contributing to its growth and security.
• Event Representation: Represent Solayer at industry events, conferences, and meetups in South Korea, ensuring strong visibility and engagement with the local blockchain community.
• Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute growth strategies specific to the South Korean market, in alignment with Solayer's global objectives.
• Partnership Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the South Korean blockchain ecosystem, including dApps, developers, and integration partners.
• Ecosystem Expansion: Contribute to the expansion of Solayer’s ecosystem in South Koreaby identifying and engaging with endogenous-AVSs (natively built Solana dApps) and exogenous-AVSs (external systems such as oracles and bridges).
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and provide insights to guide strategic decisions for growth in South Korea.
